This is probably one of the coolest projects you’ll ever see put together, and thankfully when you hit play the execution lives up to the level of the concept. So what’s the concept then, right?? TenDJiz of Miami uses a capellas from two of hip hop’s biggest and longest lasting heavyweights, Common and Nas, and mixes them over some dope samples of Soviet soul and jazz. If you’re upset that Nas and Common haven’t delivered the joint album that they alluded to after releasing “Ghetto Dreams”, this is definitely good enough to make you postpone the protest march for at least a week.
