Extra Innings: Thriller in Game 1 of College World Series Championship
Last night the defending national champion South Carolina Gamecocks got the 2-1 win over the Florida Gators in an exciting 11-inning game 1 of the College World Series championship.
The game was marked by defensive virtuosity and ultimately decided by a defensive screw-up. The Gamecocks are now one win away from becoming repeat national champions, and will try to do so tonight at 8 p.m. on ESPN.
